10 kV polymer suspension insulator is composed by silicone rubber, end fittings and core rod. This 10 kV composite tension suspension insulator is manufactured by protrusion process using boron free ECR grade glass fiber having requirement mechanical and electrical characteristics. The fittings of 10 / 11 kV polymer disc insulators can be forged steel and the shed is made of composite material.
