Description:
I Composite insulator for electrostatic precipitator is a high-tech product made of aviation composite materials. It is used for top rapping, side rapping and through wall insulation. It is one of the key insulating parts of electrostatic precipitator. The internal material of the insulator has good mechanical force, thermal stability, withstand voltage and impact resistance, so as to ensure normal and reliable operation in the flue gas environment at a certain temperature.
II The product technical requirements: the rated voltage of composite insulator for electrostatic precipitator is < 100 kV, and the working temperature is < 180 ºC. During use, the working voltage and temperature environment shall not be used when it exceeds the specified value.
III Precautions for installation: check the shaft body before installation. There shall be no scratch or oil stain attached. The plastic sealing layer on the insulating shaft must be removed after installation. Pay attention to handling with care during installation.
IV Precautions for product use
1. The composite insulator for electrostatic precipitator is not suitable for use in the working environment that is sufficient to reduce the insulation performance and cause condensation on the product surface.
2. The electrostatic precipitator shall be operated under negative pressure to eliminate positive pressure operation and prevent surface pollution of composite insulator for electrostatic precipitator.
3. The composite insulator for electrostatic precipitator shall not be offset during installation.
4. Strengthen the safety management and maintenance of electrostatic precipitator, and formulate operable procedures. Regularly overhaul the electrostatic precipitator and check the composite insulator for the electrostatic precipitator. Professionals must have a comprehensive understanding of the performance, operation requirements, safety and maintenance knowledge of the equipment.
