The FRP threaded rod is a high-strength composite material product made from epoxy resin and continuous glass fibers, formed with an external thread structure through pultrusion or winding technology. It is mainly used in high-voltage insulation structures, mechanical fastening, telecom base station installations, and electrical equipment reinforcement.
This rod consists of high-density ECR (Electrical Corrosion Resistant) glass fibers reinforced with an epoxy resin matrix. The thread is precision-machined or formed during molding, resulting in smooth surfaces and standard or customized thread pitches.
