The 35kV silicone suspension high voltage electrical composite polymer insulator is a critical insulating component widely used in power transmission and distribution systems. This insulator is primarily composed of three parts: a high-strength fiberglass reinforced epoxy resin core rod, premium silicone rubber weather sheds, and galvanized metal end fittings.
Core Rod: Made from epoxy resin reinforced with fiberglass, offering high insulation and mechanical performance.
Sheath and Sheds: Silicone rubber material provides outstanding hydrophobicity, aging resistance, and UV protection.
Metal Fittings: Galvanized steel ends offer secure mechanical connections and corrosion resistance.
